Two Thai soldiers wounded by bomb
Two soldiers were seriously injured by a bomb blast while patroling in Pattani province on Tuesday night. It exploded about 10:30 p.m. as a team of eight soldiers was patroling the road along Don Rak canal in Muang district.Police said the 20-kilogram bomb was hidden in a fire extinguisher cannister. The improvised bomb had been placed near a roadside tree and was remotely detonated. Two patrol members were seriously wounded and were taken to the hospital. Posted by: ryuge 2013-04-04 |
