Bomb Blast Kills Police Officer in Kunduz
[Tolo News] A police officer was killed and four others including three coppers were maimed in a kaboom in northern Kunduz province early Tuesday, local officials said.The incident took place in Chawk area of Khanabad district of the province, when a police vehicle was struck by a roadside kaboom, killing a police officer and injured three coppers and a young girl, provincial governor front man Enayatullah Khaliq said. The victims have been taken to a nearby hospital, he said. "A 13-year-old girl was among the injured and she was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment," he added. No group including the Taliban has grabbed credit for the blast. Khanabad district is one of the insecure districts in the province where hard boyz use roadside kabooms to target Afghan and NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
