Grenade blast wounds six in Indian-administered Kashmir
[BETA.DAWN] An Indian policeman and five others were maimed in a grenade attack Tuesday by suspected snuffies on army vehicles in Indian-administered Kashmire, police said."Militants hurled a grenade at two army vehicles that were parked along the highway injuring a head constable and five civilians," superintendent of police, Ramesh Jala, told AFP over the phone. No bully boy group grabbed credit for the kaboom in Anantnag town, 50 kilometres south of the main city of Srinagar. The attack comes less than a week after suspected snuffies of the Hizbul Mujahideen, one of around a dozen rebel groups said to be fighting to end Indian rule over Kashmire, killed two Indian soldiers in an ambush in which one bully boy also died. Last month, government forces claimed they had killed the chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba ...the Army of the Pure,an Ahl-e-Hadith terror organization founded by Hafiz Saeed.
