Kathleen Sebelius, Obama's head of the Department of Health and Human Services refused to assist the child, so the parents went the Constitutional route by involving the Judicial Branch.A 10-year-old Pennsylvania girl who battled for an organ donation successfully underwent a double lung transplant Wednesday and her family said doctors were "pleased" at her progress and prognosis. Sarah's health was deteriorating when a judge intervened in her case last week, giving her a chance at the much larger list of organs from adult donors.
