Gunmen kidnap relatives of former Balochistan governor
[Dawn] Armed men kidnapped three relatives of former Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... governor Nawab Zulfiqar Magsi in Mastung district of the province on Sunday. Levies sources told Dawn.com that gunnies kidnapped Mehrullah Magsi and other two relatives of the former Balochistan governor from Dasht Tehsil of Mastung district. They said that three Magsi rustics were coming back from Jhal Magsi to Quetta when they were picked up by gunnies in Dasht area. Sources said that the ill-fated Mehrullah Magsi was coming to take his daughter's dead body for burial in Jhal Magsi when kidnapped. Magsi's daughter had died in a suicide kaboom on Quetta's women university on Friday. Levies and police launched a joint search operation in the area to ensure the recovery of three Magsi rustics.
