8 arrested for ex-GB deputy speakers murder
DIAMER: The law enforcement agencies personnel have nabbed eight people accused of the murder of former Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) deputy speaker and recovered arms from their possession, on Tuesday. According to details, police conducted a raid at a house located in village Darail of Chilas, the headquarters of district Diamer of GB. During the raid the LEAs personnel arrested eight proclaimed offenders, including Pir Muhammad, a key accused in the murder of former GB deputy speaker Syed Asad Zaidi who was shot dead in 2009.
