Obama and family go bike-riding on Martha's Vineyard after Egypt briefing
 [THEHILL] President Obama and his family went for a morning bike ride Friday following the president's national security briefing on Egypt.The president and first lady were joined by their daughters, Sasha and Malia, who arrived on Martha's Vineyard Thursday afternoon for the final half of the president's eight-day sojourn.
