Surely that is worth something. | AFP reported that fines imposed by the Panamanian authorities range from $10,000 to $100,000 for serious violations, and go as high as 1 million for very serious violations. It added that Panamanian officials have described the North Korean case as a very serious violation.
A group of UN inspectors is currently in Panama to determine whether Pyongyang violated a UN ban on arms shipments.
