Pressure Cooker Bomb Scare At Everett Gas Station
[CBS] EVERETT, Wash. - Police believe whoever left a pressure cooker at an Everett gas station Wednesday intended to instill fear on 9-11 with a replica of a Boston Marathon bomb.
Police say someone drove up to a gas pump at a Fred Meyer store on the Bothell-Everett Highway about 5:45 a.m. and placed the pressure cooker on the ground before driving away. An employee called 911.
That there weren't more reports of this kind of thing is interesting, since creating a fake bomb of this sort would be so easy. |
