German cops stop British "Tank"
 German police failed to see the funny side when British pranksters tried to drive through the country in a DIY tank.The makeshift Panzer - a camouflaged Ford Galaxy people carrier - carried a plywood turret on the roof and was armed with a plastic drainpipe for a gun. But the 26-year-old British driver and his two passengers were pulled over by motorway police in Darmstadt who ordered the vehicle off the road. "It was a dangerous structure. The turret and gun on the roof were not secured properly and there were also problems with the brakes," said a spokesman. Police impounded the makeshift tank, ending the occupants' trip from London to Prague in a rally.
