Report: Iran Has Increased Support For Hamas
[Ynet] Lebanese newspaper As-Safir reported that bigwigs from Hezbollah, Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, and Iran met a few times over the past two weeks in Beirut and in Tehran, and agreed to strengthen the "axis of resistance." The parties conducted an assessment of recent events in the Middle East and on the blockade of the Gazoo Strip.Islamist sources quoted in the Lebanese newspaper claimed that Hamas plays a major role in the relationship between the Islamist movements and Iran, which has intensified its support of the movement, and of the Hamas government in Gazoo.
