Breaking: Tel Aviv hit by rush-hour blast
One person has been killed and at least 14 others injured in an explosion in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv. Initial reports say the blast was caused by a small explosive device that went off at about 0700 local time (0400GMT) in Har Zion Street.
