IDF soldiers exchanged fire with a Palestinian during an arrest raid in the West Bank village of Bil'in on Tuesday morning, killing the suspect.The IDF stated that the man, Mohammed Assi, was an Islamic Jihad operative involved in the planning of a terror attack on a bus in Tel Aviv during Operation Pillar of Defense last year.
