Local official gunned down in Dagestan
A state official in the regional finance ministry was gunned down in his car in the Russian republic of Dagestan on Saturday afternoon. The Investigative Committee said in a statement that two gunmen fired shots at a car in Makhachkala killing the driver, who was later identified as a department head in Dagestans finance ministry.
