French scuttle US nuke deal
France's foreign minister says marathon six-power talks with Iran have failed to reach a deal meant to cap some of Teheran's nuclear program.Laurent Fabius says the talks, which ended early Sunday, managed to narrow differences without eliminating them. He says there are "still questions to be dealt with" in future rounds.
