Two MQM workers shot dead
 [Pak Daily Times] Two political workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement...English: United National Movement, generally known as MQM, is the 3rd largest political party and the largest secular political party in Pakistain with particular strength in Sindh. From 1992 to 1999, the MQM was the target of the Pak Army's Operation Cleanup leaving thousands of urdu speaking civilians dead... (MQM) were bumped off in an act of murder on Monday. As per Pirabad police, the MQM workers were bumped off and another maimed in New Mianwali Colony. Police officials said that the dear departed victims have been identified as Asif Ali Rizvi, 35, son of Syed Artaza Rizvi, associated with MQM's unit 132, Ashraf, Talib 36, son of Talib, and injured as Ilyas, 40, son of Ejaz. The officials informed that they were on their way on a cycle of violence, when unidentified armed riders intercepted and targeted them. As a result all victims sustained bullet injures and were rushed to hospital, where doctors pronounced the death of two - Asif and Ashraf, and admitted Ilyas for medical treatment.
