2 Civilians Killed in Nangarhar Blast
[Tolo News] At least two non-combatants were killed and an National Police officer was injured on Sunday by a kaboom in Jalalabad city, local officials said.The incident took place in the fourth District of Jalalabad city, the capital of the eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province. A bomb was placed inside a trash bin near an Afghan National Army (ANA) security checkpoint, according to Provincial Governor Spokesman Ahmad Zia Abdulzai.
