Opp walks out after resolution on drones barred in PA
[Pak Daily Times] The opposition members staged a walkout from the Punjab Assembly (PA) session on Tuesday when the speaker barred them from moving an 'out-of-turn' resolution against drone attacks.

Deputy speaker Sardar Sher Ali Gorchani was chairing the session when the PTI backed opposition leader Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed attempted to move an out-of-turn resolution, as it was a private members day, demanding in detail discussion over the drone attacks issue. The move was foiled by the acting speaker in charge terming it 'out of order' and not listed on the agenda list.

Right after the rejection, the ruckus ensued between members of the opposition and treasury who rolled their eyes, jumped up and down, and hollered poorly rhymed slogans real loud against each other. Meanwhile,

the opposition subsequently boycotted the session and walked out the house in protest for not being allowed to table the resolution over drone attacks issue.
