AQIM members killed in Algeria
[MAGHAREBIA] Algerian army forces killed five terrorists, including a high-ranking official of al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), AFP reported on Friday (December 6th).

The Mauritanian AQIM figure and four Algerian terrorists had entered the country from Mali, according to El Khabar, and were driving across the Tamanrasset desert to an al-Qaeda regional meeting when they were intercepted Wednesday by ANP helicopters in Ain Salah.
