Govt urged to take stern action against terrorists
[Pak Daily Times] LAHORE: Two mainstream opposition parties in the Punjab Assembly -- the Pakistain People's Party (PPP) and the Pakistain Moslem League-Quaid (PML-Q) -- on Wednesday strongly condemned the kaboom in Rawalpindi and urged the government to take serious and immediate action against terrorists.
PPP Punjab President Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo and PML-Q Punjab head Chaudhry Zaheeruddin Khan criticised the ruling Pakistain Moslem League-Nawaz (PML-N) government's polices and said that the recent terrorist activities were a result of weak decisions against myrmidons operating in the province.
