Rev Jackson: 'Duck' star 'white privilege'

"Robertson's statements were uttered freely and openly without cover of the law, within a context of what he seemed to believe was 'white privilege.'" "Following the law" unlike your wayward, thieving, imprisoned spawn Triple-J. Jackson and his civil rights group Rainbow PUSH Coalition have demanded a meeting with the A&E network, which broadcasts the hugely popular "Duck Dynasty," and restaurant Cracker Barrel, which carries "Duck Dynasty" merchandise. Are Cracker Barrel patrons referred to as....crackers ? Robertson has been suspended from the reality show and Cracker Barrel briefly pulled "Duck Dynasty" merchandise from its shelves after the star's controversial comments about gays and African-Americans in an interview with GQ magazine. In the interview, Robertson said that in his Louisiana youth he picked cotton with African-Americans and never saw "the mistreatment of any black person," adding that they were "singing and happy" and didn't complain about white people.
