Judge Rules New York anti-Gun Laws Constitutional
Some more bad news on the Second Amendment front came out of New York (where else?) this week
at least for now. The Federal District Court in Buffalo heard arguments from plaintiffs asking that most of the provisions of the Empire States odious SAFE Act one of the most restrictive gun laws in the nation be struck down on constitutional grounds.
