S.Africa's ANC Promises Voters 'Radical' Economic Change
[An Nahar] South Africa's President Jacob Zuma on Saturday kicked off his party's election campaign with a slew of promises to crack down on rampant graft and poverty, in a bid to woo disenchanted voters.The ruling African National Congress is facing a tough election with the voters who have kept them in power for two decades increasingly disillusioned by social problems, unemployment and corruption scandals.
