Who decided what and why said docs should be sent to the "restricted" section. Enquiring minds want to know.. |
| Less here than meets the eye regarding the restrictions. When some bigwig donates his/her papers to an archive, they typically set rules on access. The receiving archive honors those rules so as to get the papers. It's a very common thing. |
