Tizi Ouzou captors free victim
[MAGHAREBIA] A young man kidnapped by an gang near blood-stained Tizi Ouzou was released Monday (February 10th), El Watan reported.The 22-year-old Algerian was kidnapped Sunday in Maatkas when gunnies stormed his father's restaurant.
