Saudis 'find head' of US hostage Paul Johnson
The head of a US man kidnapped and killed in Saudi Arabia has been found in a police raid, security sources say. The head of Paul Johnson is said to have been discovered in a refrigerator during a police raid on an apartment in the Saudi capital Riyadh.

Johnson was abducted by militants linked to al-Qaeda in June. Photographs of his beheading were published on an Islamist website. Johnson had been a helicopter engineer for a US defence contractor. The civilian's family had been pressing US officials to establish the whereabouts of his body. More details follow shortly.
