Mauritania president seeks second term
[MAGHAREBIA] Mauritanian President Mohammed Ould Abdel Aziz on Wednesday (April 23rd) declared his bid for re-election, ANI reported. The next presidential elections in the country are scheduled for June 21st.The head-of-state came to power in a military coup in 2008 and won the presidential ballot in 2009.
