[Daily Caller] When The Daily Caller asked him if the Libyan turbulence is an example of the "broader failure of policy" suggested in the memo, Carney equivocated, and eventually said "I would never tell you what to write."
Jay will no doubt be leaving the administration soon.
Who would they replace him with? This isn't the association of winners that it once appeared.
