Military Expert Defuses Grenade in Rmeileh Residential Area
[AnNahar] A military expert defused on Tuesday a grenade found in a residential neighborhood in the Shouf town of Rmeileh, the army and the state-run National News Agency reported.NNA said the grenade was attached to a detonator and placed near a gasoline gallon. But the army said in a communique that the device was found inside a small container that was filled with a flammable material. Voice of Leb radio (93.3) said the bomb was discovered under a vehicle parked near a residential building that is located next to the road that leads to the center of Rmeileh. The town's municipal chief told VDL that the car's owner is a resident. He did not reveal his identity.
