Giuliani: Just the facts...
The Mayor -- who if he ran for office today could be elected Emperor for Life -- has sternly warned against group blame, though there have been a few pointless incidents. Unpoliticianlike, Rudy seems utterly devoid of spin. Just the facts. While some other politicos twinkle and preen for their photo ops or seem embarrassingly unable to control their gestures, he at least manages to behave like a grownup. (Virginia Postrel)
