Kerry calls on Russia, Iran, Hezbollah to end Syria war
 [Al Ahram] US Secretary of State John Kerry called on key backers of President Bashar al-Assad to end the three-year war in Syria, during an unannounced visit to neighbouring Lebanon on Wednesday. "I call on... Iran, Russia, and I call on Hezbollah, based right here in Lebanon, to engage in a legitimate effort to bring this war to an end," Kerry told reporters in Beirut.
