"Boko Haram not representing Islam" -- Cleric
 [PREMIUMTIMESNG] The Secretary-General, Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, NSCIA, Ishaq Oloyede, has called on security agencies in the country to be fair and professional in the discharge of their duties.Mr. Oloyede gave the advice while delivering a keynote address at the 9th Ramadan Lecture of Moslem Media Practitioners of Nigeria, MMPN, in Abuja on Sunday. The holy man at the lecture, Musa Abdur-Raheem, also explained that the Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter.
