"I'm not prepared at this point to call for the impeachment of the President," Cheney said in an interview with CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper." Cheney believes Obama is "the worst president of my lifetime" and that "  Jimmy Carter... the worst president ever. Maybe the second worst.
