General claims govt officials are causes of insecurity in Mogadishu
General Yusuf Siyad Indha-Cadde, a Somali Federal Government military official claimed that the security situation in Mogadishu is due to government officials including MPs and Ministers releasing Al-Shabaab detainees from prison.General Indha-Cadde reported to Shabelle that a reasonable tactic to rid Mogadishu of insecurity is to create special prisons where only Al-Shabaab terrorists can be locked up in.
