Malice or Incompetence? (re: Mr. John Kerry)
Please understand the main point: Hamass present position was contingent, not necessary and certainly not inevitable. Since U.S. policy had a significant share in causing this problem (along with others, yes, of course), which has paralyzed every attempt to make political progress among the protagonists as well as sired horrific violence, we arguably have some responsibility for solving itfor getting rid of this scourge.
