Two NPA militants surrender in Mindanao
 Two communist militants surrendered to the Philippine military forces following a series of firefight in the southern province of Davao Oriental.Officials identified one of those who surrendered as Felipe Nacion, a member of the New People's Army's Team Baking, who operated in Mati City. The other, who was injured in the clash, was not identified, but officials said he is a senior militant leader under the Pulang Bagani Command. Capt.
