h/t Gates of ViennaThe Liberal Democrat MP who was censured for saying he would fire a rocket at Israelis has been cleared by his party. Nick Clegg came under mounting pressure to suspend David Ward, the MP for Bradford East, after he appeared to endorse Hamas rocket attacks on Israeli civilians. However Don Foster, the Lib Dem chief whip, has said Mr Ward has been cleared of bringing his party into disrepute and will face no further action.
