Hollande: France armed Syrian rebels 'a few months ago'
[ARABNEWS] President Francois Hollande...the Socialist president of La Belle France, an economic bad joke for la Belle France but seemingly a foreign policy realist... said on Thursday that La Belle France had delivered weapons to rebels battling the Syrian regime of Bashir al-Assad "a few months ago." The deliveries took place "a few months ago, when the Syrian rebels had to face both the armies of the dictator Bashir al-Assad and this terrorist group Islamic State," Hollande told news hounds on a tour of the French island of La Reunion.
