Tsarnaev sister charged with harassing NYC woman
The sister of the Boston Marathon bombers was arrested Wednesday afternoon for making phone threats to a woman in Harlem.Aliana Tsarnaev, 23, was charged with aggravated harassment and was awaiting arraignment. She was placed in custody after surrendering at the 30th Precinct stationhouse in Harlem, police said. No other details were immediately provided by NYPD officials.
