[DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] Chlorine gas was 'systematically and repeatedly' used against Syrian civilians in attacks on their villages this year, according to a new report.New findings by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) conclude that the dangerous, choking gas was contained in bombs dropped on the settlements. The report does not pin blame for the attacks on anybody, though the Syrian Army, loyal to president Bashir al-Assad, have previously been blamed for horrifying chemical weapons attacks.
