Pakistani citizen held with fake currencies
 [Dhaka Tribune] Customs officials and Armed Police Battalion (APBn) yesterday locked awayDrop the rod and step away witcher hands up! a Pak citizen with fake Indian currencies worth about TK one crore at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital. The arrestee is Mohammad Haris Uddin, 39. APBn senior ASP Alamgir Hossain Shimul confirmed the arrest in the afternoon. He said the arrestee had arrived here by a flight of Sri Lanka Airlines (MG 501) from Colombo on September 7 left his luggage. "Since then the luggage, containing the above mentioned fake Indian currencies, have been deposited at the "Left Luggage Section" at the airport. Customs officials seized the currencies after scanning the luggage and arrested him," he added. A custom official lodged a case with Airport cop shoppe in this connection.
