Pirates terrify Bhola fishermen
[Dhaka Tribune] Pirates have created a reign of terror by robbing fishermen, kidnapping them for ransom and killing them in the island district Bhola.
Time for the RAB-Coast Guard to step up...
The attacks have increased at an alarming rate led by Jahangir and Farhad Bahini recently on Meghna and Bay of Bengal estuaries.

Last week they kidnapped seven fishermen for ransom and robbed them of their fish, fishing nets and trawlers from the estuary of Shonachar to Kuakata.
