IS plot to flood Baghdad foiled by Operations Command
[Iraq News] On Thursday, Baghdad Operations Command announced that an ISIS plot to flood the capital city was foiled, indicating that it was able to break the ISIS siege on Iraqi military units at Japanese bridge, Ramadi.The Operations Chief, Gen. Officer Abdul Amir Al-Shammari said in a presser today, ISIS Death Eaters tried to open the Samarra Barrage and let the water flow to Baghdad.
