US Ambassador to Iraq "Iraqi Ground Forces enough to defeat terrorism"
[Iraq News] The US Ambassador in Iraq pointed out that âIraq does not need foreign ground forces.âThe US Ambassador to Baghdad, Stewart Jones, said in a press statement on Monday âIraq does not need foreign ground forces because the Iraqi ground forces are enough to defeat terrorism.â He mentioned âThe airstrikes were effective in Beji and Fallujah and we killed many IS terrorists.â He clarified âThe support we submit for Kurdistan Region goes through Baghdad since we do not do any step without request of the Iraqi government.â Posted by: Fred 2014-11-04 |
