[LATIMES] The Islamic State released a speech said to be of its leader, Abu Bakr Baghdadi. It was unclear whether the recording was made before or after airstrikes that were rumored to have killed or wounded him."What's he saying?" "That's Arabic for 'ow! ow! ow!
