3 killed in Khyber drone attack
LANDIKOTAL -- At least three militants were killed and several others reported injured in US drone attack here on late on Monday. Sources said that unmanned US spy plane targeted a compound in Nazian area near Pak-Afghan border. Four missiles were fired on the compound resultantly it was razed to ground.Three militants were reported killed in the attack while several others were injured. However, independent sources have not confirmed the actual number of casualties as the area is restricted for media persons. Some sources said that the attack was conducted on tip off regarding presence of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) key commanders in the compound. Posted by: Steve White 2014-11-25 |
