Piracy off Somalia coast

The map is what is interesting in this story: notice that Somali waters are becoming quite safe thanks to the continued efforts of western and Indian navies. It's the Gulf of Guinea that's the problem in 2014. As usual there is the usual hand-wringing about why no one can really do anything about it other than Uncle Sugar. |
