Troops, BIFF clash in Maguindanao
A civilian was injured by a stray bullet during a firefight Wednesday between army soldiers and militants in Maguindanao. The soldiers were on patrol when they encountered a small group of Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters. The militants opened fire on the soldiers, but hit a villager.
