ISIL control Mutasim district in Salah-il-Din
Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Security source within Salah-il-Din province assured on Sunday that "Elements of the terrorist ISIL organization controlled Mutasim district of northern Samarra city to the south of Salah-il-Din province."The source added "A military force comprised from Quick Force, Anti-Terrorism Force and Federal Police headed from inside Samarra city towards Mutasim district to liberate it from ISIL."
