Cherry on top for GOP as McSally wins last uncalled race in Arizona
Yippee! More than one month after Election Day, retired Air Force Col. Martha McSally (R) held on to a narrow lead to claim victory today in Arizona's 2nd District, ousting Democratic Rep. Ron Barber. A two-week recount in the Tucson-based district increased McSally's margin of victory to 167 votes, according to The Arizona Republic. That number is only a handful of ballots more than the 161-vote margin the Republican had clung to after the November election.
